Returns:

• We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used phone accessories

• Custom phone skins or personalized items

• Items returned without prior approval

Refunds:

• Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
